info@hiremonkey.ioThe AI interviewer builds its questions from your CV and the specific job description, follows up when an answer is vague, and scores every response against the role's requirements. A friend cannot tell you that you never once mentioned a requirement the job listed.
Nothing is recorded. You speak, your speech is transcribed as you go, and the audio itself is never written to disk. What is stored is the text: your answers and their scoring, in your private account, shared with no one. You can delete any session from your interview history at any time, and deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not use your transcripts to train models.

It is a weighted blend: 50% answer quality, 30% how well your CV matches the job description, and 20% delivery and confidence. The report shows each factor and its weight so you can see what moved the number. It is an estimate to guide your practice, not a prediction or a guarantee.
The interface is available in English, Sinhala, Tamil, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese. We pick a language from where you are browsing and you can change it any time in settings, and your choice then follows your account on every device.
