You pay for the minutes you actually used, charged as they go. Close the tab ten minutes into a twenty-minute interview and you keep the other ten. Anything under a minute is not charged at all.

Minutes you have already used cannot be refunded, because the interview has already cost us to run. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days — email info@hiremonkey.io with your reference.
